Working with public and private corporations and insurers, Glenn is highly experienced in policy drafting, risk assessment, policy scope, claims management, and loss mitigation. Glenn also represents Australian and international insurers in relation to litigation and dispute resolution – advising across Industrial Special Risks and industrial equipment, aviation and airport operations, heavy motor vehicles, and general liability.

Glenn has practiced litigation throughout Australia, the Asia Pacific, United Kingdom and the United States, and provides advice on complex policy coverage issues, first-party loss settlement and recovery, liability, quantum and effective resolution strategies in respect to all manner of first and third party property damage, dependency, personal injury, contractual and business interruption claims.
