Based in the firm’s Brisbane office, Fraser reinforces the specialist team which advises clients throughout the entire life cycle of planning and environmental matters.

Carter Newell’s Planning & Environment team is recognised for helping multinational organisations solve some of the most complex environmental issues in Queensland.

The firm’s long-established Energy & Resources team also recently expanded with Special Counsel Paul Toua having joined in July.

Paul advises clients, both nationally and internationally, on oil and gas, mining and renewable energy projects.

Paul is admitted in both Australia and Papua New Guinea, and has specific experience and expertise with energy and resources projects.
