John Grant

John has more than 30 years’ experience specialising in construction and engineering with an emphasis on mediation and arbitration in the construction industry and alternative dispute resolution techniques.

John has practiced exclusively in all aspects of building and construction litigation and has advised principals, contractors, major subcontractors and their suppliers, engineers, and architects.

John has continued to develop his long-standing interest in alternative dispute resolution techniques and is a Fellow of the Resolution Institute. He holds a Certificate in Adjudication and was a registered adjudicator from 2007 to 2014, accredited with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (now part of the Resolution Institute).
