Specialising in employment & workplace advisory, Emma has considerable experience supporting employers navigate the complexities of the workplace.
Emma has a particular interest in assisting employers resolve workplace disputes and assists clients achieve preferred outcomes in various types of employment claims, as well as in Work Health and Safety prosecutions. She regularly represents clients in proceedings across state and federal courts, tribunals and commissions. In addition, Emma assists companies and individuals navigate investigations by regulators, including the Fair Work Ombudsman and Work Health and Safety Queensland.
Working exclusively for employers, Emma advises clients of varying sizes in a broad range of industries, including insurers, SMEs, construction, engineering and manufacturing, education services, clubs and associations, health and allied health professionals, and not-for-profits.
