About Nick
Nick has practiced in insurance law since being admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2013. Since then, he has enjoyed protecting his clients’ interests in complex matters in Courts and Tribunals across Australia including in motor accident, medical negligence, Coronial inquest, building and construction, general insurance, property damage, and in professional disciplinary matters. Nick has acted for many of the major insurers in the Australasian market, hospitals and Local Health Districts, medical and engineer professionals, and individuals. In addition to representing clients in complex disputes, Nick also enjoys providing policy advice.
Nick has a particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution earned a Masters of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Dispute Resolution in 2020.
