About Nina

Nina is an experienced insurance litigation lawyer, having advised clients on complex public and product liability and indemnity claims for almost five years.

Her extensive practice includes defending public liability claims in areas such as personal injury, product liability, property damage, as well as providing advice on indemnity. She also has experience in handling subrogated property damage recoveries. Nina has represented a range of major Australian and international insurers, advising insurance defence litigation across the NSW Local, District, and Supreme Courts in NSW, as well as the ACT Supreme Court.

Nina regularly advises clients in the construction sector (including head contractors and subcontractors) and is skilled in defending complex multi-party construction site disputes and providing guidance on related contractual indemnity, statutory recovery and insurance issues, including dual insurance. Her clients also span manufacturers, suppliers, occupiers, property developers, and both commercial and residential property owners, agents, and managers.

Clients value Nina for her practical, solution-focused approach and her commitment to managing claims efficiently and holistically, involving all relevant stakeholders. Nina is an active member of the NSW Young Insurance Professionals, the Australian Insurance Law Association, and the NSW Claims Discussion Group.
