About Stephanie

With a specialised focus in public liability, property damage and compulsory third party claims, Stephanie has extensive experience acting for major insurers and self-insureds in Australia and overseas.

Focused on achieving practical and solution driven results for clients, Stephanie’s experience includes investigating and managing claims, through to attending compulsory conferences, mediation, and trials. She has also handled a significant amount of personal injuries claims management and advisory work under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) and Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 (Qld) regimes, along with complex claims under the Australian Consumer Law. In recent years, she has expanded her practice to include claims under the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic) and gained valuable litigation experience in the Victorian jurisdiction.

Stephanie has also managed a large number of catastrophic and major claim files and has been involved in a significant number of trials in the Queensland Supreme and District Courts.

She is an active contributor to the insurance industry, and is the current President of Women in Insurance Qld.
